“Pakistan pace bowling attack is one of the best. We are second to none in this department. All of them are bowling well. Shaheen is coming, Haris is bowling beautifully, and young pacers are performing. Without a doubt, we have one of the most potent attacks,” Azam said in the Captain’s press meet.

IND vs PAK Live: Shaheen Shah set to return after knee injury – Pakistan skipper Azam said Shaheen Shah is fit and will be ready to play the mega T20 World Cup clash against India. PCB chairman Ramiz Raja had spoken to the left-arm pacer, and he said, “he never felt this fit.” The 22-year-old’s presence is a massive boost for Pakistan. But apart from Shaheen, Harris Rauf and Naseem have also emerged as other danger men.

During Shaheen’s absence in the Asia Cup & New Zealand T20 Tri-Serries, both Rauf and Naseem shouldered the responsibility admirably. Hence Pakistan skipper is confident that he can do well against India or any other team in the world.

“Pakistan have always created fast bowlers. Our fast-bowling lot is strong. Shaheen will make it stronger. We have played different combinations, and they all performed. Harris has improved at death. It’s our opportunity to show skills and different combinations of players. When you play India, it’s a high-intensity game. Fans also wait for it. We enjoy it on the field. We tried to play good cricket.”
