India vs Pakistan Asia Cup 2023 matches in Dambulla

Before the ODI World Cup 2023, India could face Pakistan three times during Asia Cup

India vs Pakistan: Asia Cup 2023 – The complete schedule of Asia Cup will be out on July 14 after the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) agreed to hybrid model. Much-awaited India vs Pakistan matches could be played at Dambulla in Sri Lanka. The arch-rivals are set to face each other two times, and if India and Pakistan qualify for the Asia Cup finals, then the third match will also be played at Dambulla.

InsideSport understands the two India vs Pakistan matches in all likelihood will be held in Dambulla. If the teams qualify for the final, there could be a 3rd game at that venue. After a lot of deliberation, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah and PCB Chief Zaka Ashraf met in Durban to discuss the upcoming schedule of the Continental tournament and zeroed in on Sri Lanka as a venue.

“It’s a good beginning, and there will be more meetings like this,” Ashraf told Pakistan media. “We have agreed to have more meetings and improve relations. It’s a good beginning,” the PCB chief added.
