While the likes of captain Virat Kohli, Cheteshwar Pujara and KL Rahul grabbed the opportunity for “quality and intense” batting session under the watchful eyes of head coach Rahul Dravid, the pace unit also had a good go with the Kookaburra ball on the wicket which has grass all over it.

Rahul Dravid and Virat Kohli, like the first day of the training session, worked closely again, and the former was seen working on the batting stance of the 33-year-old who hasn’t scored an international hundred since November 2019.

India landed in South Africa on Thursday and are aiming to win their first-ever Test series in South Africa. The first match of the 3-Test series will be played from December 26 in Centurion.
South Africa have played 26 Tests at the venue winning 21 and losing only two of them. India have played two matches and have lost on both occasions.
