While the selectors announced the squad for Ireland, the Chetan Sharma-led selection committee will have to pick two separate squads for England series. After the Ireland tour, the squad will travel to England for a three-match T20I and ODI series.
As the red-ball squad will be playing a warm-up from June 24 ahead of the 5th Test from July 1, many players will be unavailable for the Ireland tour. India will play two T20Is on June 26 and 28 in Malahide.

“We will have a full squad available for the England series. It will be crucial series for us in terms of T20 World Cup preparations. VVS will be with the squad for the two warm-up games in England,” the selection committee member said.
