India tour of England: Good news as bowling coach Bharat Arun, Wriddhiman Saha and Abhimanyu Easwaran join Team India in Durham: Core Indian Team’s bowling Coach Bharat Arun, Indian wicket-keeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha and top-order batsman Abhimanyu Easwaran have joined the Indian Team in Durham after completing their required period of isolation.  All the three completed their quarantine on July 24 soon after they joined the Indian camp. The trio was put into isolation as a precaution for knowing to be in close contact with Dayanand Garani, who tested positive for Covid 19 earlier.

The good news came from the Indian camp in a recent post shared by BCCI. The post captioned, “Great to have you back gents Smiling face with smiling eyes #TeamIndia bowling coach B.Arun, @Wriddhipops and Abhimanyu Easwaran have joined the team in Durham.”

Virat Kohli led Indian team will get into Test cricket action against Joe Root led England side from August 4. Before the five-match Test series against the Three Lions gets underway, India will undertake 2nd practice game in Durham to warm themselves up. However, as per the information available with InsideSport, none of the two recently returned players- Wriddhiman Saha, and Abhimanyu Easwaran will be part of the 2nd practice match.

Team India earlier undertook a three-day practice session against the County XI in Durham where KL Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja shone with the bat. Among the bowlers, Umesh Yadav glared the limelight for his bowling.
