In the 2025-27 cycle, Australia will visit India along with West Indies and South Africa. They will travel to New Zealand, England and South Africa, as per the latest FTP schedule announced on Wednesday. The ICC had announced women cricket schedule on Tuesday.

The last time a five-match series dates back to 1992.
First up, India tour Australia in the summer of 2024-25, which is a part of the World Test Championship. They will then welcome Australia in the 2025-2027 World Test Championship cycle for five Tests in January and February 2027.

Overall, the FTP schedule released on Wednesday reveals that the 12 member nations will play 777 international matches in the next four years. Of those, most of them are T20s, which stands at 323. 281 ODIs and 173 Test are also going to be played.
As far as big ticket events are considered in the cycle, there are five ICC events, including the 2023 World Cup as well. India and Sri Lanka are going to host the 2026 T20 World Cup.
