India Cricket Schedule 2023: India vs SriLanka: With 2022 coming to an end, team India is gearing up for a busy schedule. Apart from the ODI World Cup 2023, the Indian Cricket team has some major series against SriLanka, NewZealand, and Australia lined up. The Indian cricket team will end its 2022 campaign with the ongoing India tour of Bangladesh series. However, Men in Blue will have some busy months with some important series and tournaments down the line. With the Bangladesh tour ending, India will then take on Sri Lanka, who will visit India in January.

India will lock horns with SriLanka in a 3-match T20I and ODI series at home. The series is scheduled to commence on 3rd January while the series will conclude on 15th January.

After a 3-day gap, India will host New Zealand. Much like the SriLanka tour, India will take on NewZealand for a 3-match T20I and ODI series. Starting on 18th January, the NewZealand tour will conclude on 1st February.

After a break of 8 days, India will face the mighty Australians for a lengthy series. The tour will kick start with a 4-match Test series and conclude with a 3-match ODI series on 24th March.

With such a tight-packed schedule, the Indian players will again have to make themselves from tentatively the 1st of April. Though not yet officially confirmed, IPL 2023 will start in the first week of April after the conclusion of the WIPL. With almost a two and half month affair, the IPL will come to end.

The players will get a brief break before taking part in the 2023 Asia Cup. Though the host nation is yet to be finalized, there is a major doubt regarding Pakistan or UAE. Once the Asia Cup 2023 concludes in September, the Men in Blue will then embark on the prestigious ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. The ODI World Cup will start on 10th October and conclude on 26th November.
