While there are only a few players who have been able to achieve this rare feat, Hope became the third West Indies batter to achieve this rare landmark. West Indies is also the only team to have multiple cricketers to achieve this record. Hope follows the list set by Chris Gayle and Ramnaresh Sarwan.

Shai Hope’s majestic knock helped West Indies to score 311 against the Men in Blue. His 115 run knock-off just 135 deliveries consisted of 8 fours and 3 sixes. Hope was part of 3 50+ innings during his knock. One of the most in-form batters in the ODI format of the game, Hope has an average of greater than 50 in this format.
This exceptional knock by Hope helps him join the likes of some of the greats of the game. Hope single-handedly led the Caribbean charge against India. He was dismissed in the latter part of the innings by Indian all-rounder Shardul Thakur.
