IND vs WI LIVE: India suffer HUGE injury scare, Harshal Patel ruled out for couple of game with rib injury – Check out
While initially ruled out just for two games, India will keep their fingers crossed with Harshal being a key part of their plans going forward. Ravindra Jadeja also had a rib injury during the IPL and had to wait for almost a month before he could resume action on the field.
Harshal is India’s designated death overs specialist and is a certainty in India’s T20 World Cup squad. The 30-year-old’s variations and ability to execute them with perfection make him a huge asset to the side. Rohit Sharma and coach Rahul Dravid would hope that Patel can resume quickly and be available for the Asia Cup which begins late next month.
