IND vs SL Series: Sanju Samson begins quarantine- He has already begun his quarantine in Lucknow ahead of the T20I series. In a video, he can be seen lifting weights and cycling to begin his off-field preparation before reuniting with Team India after IND vs WI series.

Sanju Samson had last featured in an ODI in Sri Lanka last year but he had suffered a knee ligament injury during a training session.
“Sanju Samson sprained a ligament in his knee and was hence not available for selection for this game. The medical team is tracking his progress at the moment,” BCCI’s media team had informed.
He had undergone prolonged rehabilitation and worked on his fitness at National Cricket Academy (NCA), Bengaluru.
Samson was one of the run-getters in the last edition of IPL. He will look to emulate his prime form to stay in Indian Cricket Team.
He has played 10 T20Is but managed just 117 runs at a poor average of 11.7
