India Squad SriLanka Series – End of Road for FAB FOUR? InsideSport has further learnt that Pujara & Rahane still has a chance to make a comeback in the Indian set-up depending on the performance this Ranji Season.
But Ishant & Saha have been clearly informed that they will not be considered for selection to the Indian team in future.
“Selectors feel Ishant & Saha both have passed their prime. Age is also not on their side. They have been great servants of Indian cricket but now is the time to move on”, further added the BCCI official.

Ishant on the other hand is incommunicado according to some reports. The Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) has not received any sort of message from Ishant on his availability.
How Rahane and Pujara can make a comeback? Rahane has already been named in the Mumbai team. But the former captain of India will have to play under Prithiv Shaw.
Cheteshwar Pujara also has been named in his state side and will the domestic event which he has ruled over the years.
The only way they will make a comeback is by scoring very heavily in DOMESTIC CRICKET.
