The outstanding partnership of 84 between Chahar and Kumar is the 2nd highest for the 8th wicket for India in ODIs. Interestingly Bhvneshwar was part of the highest ever partnership by India at that position. He alongside MS Dhoni scored 100* runs not out against Sri Lanka in 2017.

India’s No.7 and the batters below him scored 123 runs in this match, which is the second-highest runs scored in ODI. Earlier in 2002 against Zimbabwe India scored 129 runs with the help of lower order.
