Reasons behind spectators giving IND vd SL 3rd ODI a miss
According to the New Indian Express report, the IND vs SL 3rd ODI has failed to attract fans. The third match being a dead runner could be one of the reasons behind lack of spectators. Another reason is the row over the additional tax burden.
All tickets will bear an additional 18% GST and 12% entertainment tax. The other big reason is absence of crowd favourite Sanju Samson. The Kerala star is nursing an injury and is out of the New Zealand series as well. Furthermore, he was dropped for the ODI series even before he was unavailable for selection due to injury.
