India vs South Africa: With just 24 hours left for the IND vs SA 1st ODI, Team India hit the nets in Paarl to prepare for the series opener. Captain KL Rahul hit the nets alongside former skipper Virat Kohli, while a returning Shikhar Dhawan was also pictured.

Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant were part of the test squad and now will try and adjust to the white ball game with a massive competition for places.
Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan, Ruturaj Gaikwad were also amongst the players who featured in the nets and will be hopeful of making the team.

IND vs SA 1st ODI: Another new face will be Venkatesh Iyer, who is likely to make his debut as the seam-bowling all-rounder in the side. Spinners Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravichandran Ashwin were also seen mastering their craft in practice.

India have selected a heavy pace battery for the series led by Jasprit Bumrah, with Shardul Thakur and Mohammed Siraj for support, with the trio having featured in the Test series. Veteran Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Deepak Chahar are the new ball specialists, while Navdeep Saini, Prasidh Krishna make up for the rest of the attack.
