Virat Kohli SIGNALS COMEBACK to form
Virat Kohli showed signs of a comeback on a tricky Dubai pitch with a measured knock against Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2022 opener. The former Indian captain walked into bat with the Men in Blue having lost KL Rahul for a duck and the 33-year-old resurrected the innings alongside Rohit Sharma.
Virat Kohli, playing his 100th T20I, looked like turning a corner on his poor form during India vs Pakistan clash in the Asia Cup on Sunday. The 33-year-old was dropped on just his second ball and made Pakistan pay with a crucial knock in Dubai.
On a two-paced pitch, Kohli looked streaky, to begin with, but soon find his mojo with some delightful shots off his blade. While captain Rohit Sharma struggled at the other end, it was Virat who kept the scoreboard ticking in what will be a huge positive for Team India.

India floor Pakistan in BIG GAME
India completed their T20 World Cup revenge with a 5-wicket win over Pakistan in the Asia Cup. India struggled but an all-rounder Hardik Pandya show and Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s terrific spell powered India over Pakistan. Hardik bagged 3/25 and remained unbeaten on 33 off 17 to take India home. Ravindra Jadeja also played a steady 35-run knock. Virat Kohli also scored 35 as India chased down 148 runs with 2 balls to spare.
Chasing a target of 148, India did not have a great start. Naseem Shah bowled a magical first spell on debut, removing KL Rahul for a golden duck. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli did their best to steady the ship with a 49-run partnership off 46 balls but Rohit struggled to get going.
