India NewZealand 1st ODI: After entering Eden Park at 88/3, Tom Latham (145*) walked away with the victory for NewZealand. India was in the lead at the time while Kiwis were having trouble getting going. But the batting that came afterwards was simply brilliant. From the minute he entered the field, he appeared fluid.
He reached his half-century at almost a run per ball but turned gears after the 40th over. Kane Williamson played second fiddle with his 94 not-out innings. Kiwis reigned supreme over India in the end by 7 wickets on Friday. The Blackcaps will hold onto their No.1 ODI ranking.
