Bangladesh were 69/6 when Miraz arrived at the crease
The home team were down and out when Miraz joined Mahmudullah at the crease. Miraz continued from where he left off during the first ODI encounter. The right-handed batter took on the Indian bowling line-up and stroked boundaries at regular intervals. He completed his century on the last ball of the first innings.
Miraz registers his highest score in ODIs
Miraz was also adjudged player of the match in the first ODI encounter. He scored 38 runs in just 39 balls which included four fours and two maximums. He stitched a record-making 10th wicket partnership with Mustafizur as the home side completed a thrilling victory over the Men in Blue.
