When both teams went to practice, it was the all-rounder Glenn Maxwell’s left-handed strokes that grabbed everyone’s attention.

Glenn Maxwell, the swashbuckling all-rounder for Australia, was observed batting left-handed during a practice session. Right-handed batting all-rounder was exercising his skills against the net bowlers, who were bowling spin to him. The deliveries weren’t an issue for Maxwell to handle.

In a video posted by the Punjab Cricket Association on Twitter, Maxwell could be seen batting left-handed. PCA in the caption wrote: Maxi is making sure he bats lefty-righty according to the situation.”

The fact that Maxwell was batting left-handed can be considered as a chance for him to further improve one of his favorite shots “switch-hit.” He will probably utilize this shot when playing against the Indian spinners – Yuzvendra Chahal, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Axar Patel in the series.
