Border-Gavaskar Trophy Series
After defeating Australia 2-1 in 2020–21, Team India is the current champions of BGT.
Since 2004–2005, Australia has not triumphed in India.
Australia and India have developed a fierce rivalry throughout time. A spot in the WTC Final is at stake, thus it’s expected to be another exciting series. India has successfully won the BGT in each of their last three attempts.
The Australia Border-Gavaskar Trophy tour of India will start on February 9 at Nagpur. The next three Test matches for Team India will take place at Ahmedabad, Dharamsala, and Delhi. The four-match Test series that makes up the Border-Gavaskar Trophy will also end after this season.
