Klaasen & Miller break all-time record after historic partnership in SA vs AUS

Heinrich Klaasen and David Miller shattered the all-time record for the fastest 200-run partnership in ODI cricket. After being reduced to 194-4 in the 35th over of the match, Klaasen and Miller destroyed Australian bowlers as well as several records.

Their partnership of 222 of 94 balls is the fastest 200 runs or more partnership in the history of cricket.

Heinrich Klaasen and David Miller broke the previous record set by former England skipper Eoin Morgan and current England skipper Jos Buttler in 2019 against the West Indies.

Klassen, who was batting at 45 when Miller stepped in, made a whopping 129 runs off 49 balls to score 58% of the runs in the partnership.

The duo also created the record for scoring the most runs in the last 10 overs (173).
