Genshin Impact Version 2.0: New enemies in Inazuma released. miHoYo recently announced the release of Genshin Impact version 2.0 on July 21, 2021. This update is going to be the biggest update yet and offers a whole new region known as Inazuma with new playable characters, secrets, artifacts and enemies. Inazuma will carry its own story and will continue the story’s main objective. Players will be introduced to new enemies, which will pose danger and may arrive randomly.

Genshin Impact recently released a bunch of information about the new enemies and the kind of threats the travelers have to face. There have been a lot of additions to the existing enemy list and some are really fascinating.

Ruin Sentinel
Ruin Sentinels are mechanical enemies and are members of the Automatons family. It resembles the existing Ruin Guard, which are of elite enemy type. miHoYo stated that these Ruin Sentinels will possess their own fighting styles and will pose new threats to the players in every encounter.
Fatui Mirror Maiden
Fatui Mirror Maiden is an elite enemy type which uses Hydro mirrors to attack in battles. Their attacks are often illusion based and “enchanting beauty” to mislead their enemies.
Pyro Hypostasis
Pyro Hypostasis are the elemental lifeforms that can be found in Kannazuka and Inazuma region. An ignited pyro hypostasis doesn’t have its core exposed and can continuously regenerate HP. Players will have to extinguish it with the correct elemental reaction and then pull of the strike.
Kairagi
Kairagi is a wandering samurai like Nobushi. They are of two types, namely, Fiery Might and Dancing Thunder. Fiery might try to ignite his blade and jumps before striking with the ignited blade. While, Dancing thunder uses lightning as his strength to battle with enemies.
