Ubisoft has unveiled Operation Collision Point, the final season of Rainbow Six Siege’s Year 9. This update brings a host of significant changes. Check out the detailed information below:

Rainbow Six Siege to bring Enhanced Player Protection

  • Improved Anti-Cheat: Stronger detection and prevention measures to combat cheating.
  • Crossplay Penalties: Mousetrap-penalized PC players will be restricted to PC matchmaking for 90 days, even when crossplay is enabled.
  • Match Cancellations: Matches with detected cheaters will be automatically canceled to minimize impact on other players.

Crossplay:

  • PC and Console Crossplay: Players can now team up with friends across different platforms.
  • Separate Rank Pools: Console players who enable crossplay will maintain separate PC and console ranks.

Blackbeard Remaster: The iconic defender receives a significant update to his H.U.L.L. Adaptable Shield, offering more flexibility and utility.
Competitive Gaming:

Siege Cup Beta: A new competitive playlist is available to high-level players, featuring skill-based ladder tournaments and exclusive rewards.
Gameplay Updates:

Ballistic Shield Adjustments: Changes to suppression mechanics and melee interactions.

Operator Balancing: Updates to Ying and Sens to refine their abilities.
Additional Features:

Reputation Center Overhaul: A clearer system to track player behavior and penalties.

Career Hub: A centralized location for account information and statistics.

In-Game Badges: Showcase your accomplishments with new badges for completed challenges. Rainbow Six Siege is available on Ubisoft+, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Amazon Luna.
