Level Infinite the publisher of PUBGM posted a social media post teasing upcoming features in the game. As per the social media post, PUBG Mobile Global Version teases 3.8 Update Release Date on 6th May 2025. Following the teased date, the expected PUBG Mobile KR 3.8 Update release date is 5th May 2025.

PUBG Mobile KR 3.8 Update: Steampunk Frontier Themed Mode
As per beta servers, a themed mode is coming in the battleground of PUBGM KR featuring theme of Train Station. Check out the map areas and more below:
- Aetherholm: A large central train station with various recreational facilities for passengers. Within the main building, there is an elevator that brings you to a secret room in the clock tower. Players can summon a train carrying special cargo to arrive at the train platform.
- Cargo Hub: A cargo transit station consisting of a large and small urban area. Players can quickly move between the areas via the tracks.
- Hot Air Balloons: Glide from aerial observation stations situated along the railway or in the wilderness.
- Train Platform: A small train station in rural areas.
- Rollercoaster Checkpoint: Enjoy an adrenaline-pumping rollercoaster ride with friends and snap a photo at the top to capture the memory!
PUBG Mobile KR x Attack on Titan Collaboration
A major highlight of the update is the lift system in the main event area. Taking around 6-7 seconds to open, the lift leads players to the central loot zone. Additionally, the update introduces a special hook inspired by Attack on Titan, allowing players to fly and find strategic hiding spots—perfect for campers! PUBG Mobile KR x Attack on Titan aka PUBG Mobile kr x AOT collaboration will introduce the feature of game character size increase. Players will be able to make their character massive like Titan from Attack on Titan.
