PlayStation shares update on Helldivers 2 Account Linking
PlayStation wanted PC players to link their Steam and PlayStation Network accounts to keep playing Helldivers 2.
Problem: Lots of countries don’t have access to PlayStation Network, meaning gamers there would be locked out.
Fans were NOT happy – Over 100,000 negative reviews flooded the game’s Steam page, tanking its rating.
Good News: PlayStation listened! They’ve scrapped the update, saying they’re still figuring out the best way to handle things for PC players.
