Genshin Impact Version 5.3 Update: Maintenance Compensation
The estimated duration of the maintenance is 5 hours. Pre-installation is now available for mobile, PC, and PlayStation devices. We recommend pre-installing the update over a Wi-Fi connection to ensure a smooth experience.
To compensate for any inconvenience caused by the downtime, all Travelers who have reached Adventure Rank 5 or higher by 6:00 AM (UTC+8) on January 1, 2025, will receive 300 Primogems as compensation.

This equates to 60 Primogems for each hour of server downtime. The compensation will be distributed via in-game mail within 5 hours after the completion of the maintenance. Remember to claim the compensation before the mail expires in 30 days.
