The Government of India has been taking strong actions against Chinese applications since early 2020. In February 2022, GOI finally decided to ban Free Fire from all platforms citing security concerns, while the max version of the game continued to be available. In the last few days, the rumor of the Free Fire MAX Ban intensified after BGMI’s removal from all platforms.

On 4th November, he made a bold claim, revealing the Government of India’s keenness on reintroducing the popular BR titles, Free Fire and BGMI. The influencer also went on to say that MeitY is actively working to regulate esports. Here’s what Yash has to say,

Talking about the possibility of the original versions’ return, it seems very difficult as the original version still has direct contact with Chinese companies.
