Francis Ngannou, a former heavyweight champion of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, has made it obvious that he wants to knock Tyson Fury out of the next crossover fight on October 28 in Saudi Arabia.

Boxing Fans Back Up Francis Ngannou To Send Tyson Fury Into ‘Shadow Realm’

Fury vs. Ngannou was set for October 28 in Saudi Arabia after more than a year of rumours about whether the fight will happen. The heavyweight boxing champion quickly started generating excitement for the match by uploading a video on his Instagram stories. He fired off one of his ominous signature threats at the former UFC heavyweight champion.

‘The Gipsy King’ is undoubtedly confident because ‘The Predator’ will be competing in boxing rather than MMA, giving him the advantage. The former UFC heavyweight champion, who will be making his pro boxing debut, used a tweet featuring the fight’s commercial as inspiration and sent his own post emphasising his readiness.

On social media, Francis Ngannou and Tyson Fury are already engaged in a social media battle as they promote their 10-round fight on October 28 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In a message earlier today, Fury warned Ngannou that he was “getting knocked out,” a prediction that is likely to come true unless Fury carries Ngannou similarly to how Floyd Mayweather Jr carried former UFC champion Conor McGregor in their circus-style fight in 2017.

Ngannou, a former UFC heavyweight champion, responded to Fury by sending him a screenshot of him lying flat on his back, unconscious, and taking a count from referee Jack Reiss during his first matchup with Deontay Wilder in 2018. The situation was peculiar.

This got various reactions from boxing fans as they wrote,” Own the gypsy freak”

While KSI’s fan page wrote, “You gonna send the boy to shadow realm”.

Even though the fight will follow boxing regulations, Fury’s coveted WBC heavyweight belt won’t be on the line. After Ngannou left the UFC earlier this year, the potential of this eagerly anticipated fight between Ngannou and Fury just became real.

As the fight continues to be promoted and interest in the pay-per-view increases, it will be intriguing to see what the heavyweights have in store.
