The event, which runs until January 7, 2025 at 9 AM ET, features new Outfits, Quests, and gameplay items, all with a distinctly wintery theme. Fortnite Winterfest 2024: Mariah Carey Takes Center Stage
A major highlight of this year’s Winterfest is the arrival of the iconic Mariah Carey in Fortnite. Players can now acquire the Santa Suit Mariah and Mariah Carey Outfits, both inspired by the singer’s iconic album covers. The bundle also includes Back Blings, Pickaxes, and the “All I Want For Christmas Is You” Emote.
Winterfest Cabin Returns with Daily Presents
The beloved Winterfest Cabin makes a comeback, offering players a daily present to unwrap. These presents contain a variety of cosmetic items, including Outfits, Back Blings, Pickaxes, and Gliders. The Yulejacket Outfit, Peppermint Paraglider, and Santa Dogg Outfit are just a few of the exciting rewards players can look forward to.

Fortnite Winterfest 2024: New Gameplay Items and Island Changes
Winterfest introduces new gameplay elements to the Island. The Blizzard Grenade slows enemies and deals damage, while the Icy Feet item allows players to move at high speed, even on water. The Island itself has also received a wintery makeover, with snow covering certain areas and occasional snowfall adding to the festive atmosphere.
Quests and Challenges
Players can participate in a series of Winterfest Quests. By completing these challenges, players will earn XP and contribute to Sgt. Winter’s “Wintervestigation” to determine who deserves a special delivery this holiday season. Check out the Other Notable Additions below:
