The Las Vegas GP had a disastrous Thursday. FP1 was washed out and audiences weren’t allowed for FP2. Formula 1 was busy trying to put out fires from all sides. However, amidst all the chaos, we did start FP2 at 2:30 am Local Time. After a long day in the office for all the drivers, Ferrari seemed to be on top with Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz finishing 1-2. FP1 at the Las Vegas GP lasted less than 10 minutes but FP2 was extended from 60 to 90 minutes. Therefore, the Formula 1 drivers had a lot of time to get their eye in before the Las Vegas GP Qualifying begins tomorrow.
All the front-running teams looked close to each other except McLaren. They had some cooling issues.
