Max Verstappen Net Earning: Since Red Bull got back to winning ways in 2021, there is nothing stopping the legend of Max Verstappen. With two F1 world championships already under the belt and a potential third on the way, Verstappen is riding as high as it gets in this sport. Before starting every race, he is ipso facto the favorite to win it. This kind of success doesn’t just come with prestige and bragging rights, but also huge bucks and major sponsorships. The prestigious Forbes magazine has included the Flying Dutchman at No 3 ahead of Erling Haaland in the list of highest-paid sportspersons. He is only behind Kylian Mbappe & Kyler Murray as heighest-earners under 25. Follow Formula 1 Live Updates on InsideSport.IN.

The Briton is statistically the greatest-ever driver and has been on the grid since 2007, driving for McLaren and Mercedes. However, the double world champion Max Verstappen is closing in on him in all terms. His on-track success has led to off-track imbursements. Now, he stands at a healthy place in the net earnings of athletes under age 25, as per Forbes.

Max Verstappen above Erling Haaland and Luka Doncic

The Dutchman invited a lot of sponsorships and advertisement deals since his 2021 F1 winning campaign. These include CarNext, Jumbo supermarkets, and the Ziggo telecommunications group, amongst others. In the year 2023, the Red Bull prodigy has become the third highest-paid sportsperson under age 25 with an earning of a mammoth $64 Million. French footballer Kylian Mbappe stands at the top with a net earning of $120 million, a sharp rise from $43 million following an incredible FIFA campaign this year.

NFL quarterback Kyler Murray follows Mbappe on the list with an earning of $70.4 million. The Red Bull star and double world champion pipped upcoming Manchester City star Erling Haaland and NBA prodigy Luka Dončić to the list. Doncic plays from Dallas Mavericks and has had a terrific last season for them. Considering the sports stars in competition and the brand value that the NBA and NFL hold, the achievement of Max Verstappen seems even more appealing.

This mind-blowing figure is a net sum of the contractual fees from Red Bull, proceeds from multiple race wins, a share from the constructors’ prize pool, and of course, the advertisements.
