How teams fared in pre season testing 

Following the pre-season testing Red Bull yet again showed that they are the team to beat in the 2023 season. Change in Ferrari management looks to worked well with  the car looking good to challenge Red Bull this season. Aston Martin caught everybody by surprise during the testing, however the major question will be whether they will be able to repeat the performance during the opening race of the season. If Aston martin team continues to pick  up points on regular basis they will certainly challenge for top three position.

Formula 1: 5 Takeaways from F1 2023 Pre-Season Testing in Bahrain, From Red Bull Topping Charts to Aston Martin SURPISING Everyone

Speaking of McLaren both drivers did not have a great pre-season testing and ahead of the opening race of the season the British based outfit have a lot to ponder upon. Meanwhile Mercedes, despite doing decently well has openly admitted that the car will not be fighting for wins. Alpine team had the the second slowest qualifying run behind Williams however they are confident of pulling it through during the first race of the season.

Alfa Romeo had a up and down pre season testing, while Haas had minor throttle problem on Day 1, however the American outfit ended the testing on a satisfying note. The last two teams Alpha Tauri and Williams  dont looked to make major gains during the season. Expect them to compete at the bottom of the table.
