Ferrari is a team that has a rich history and are the sport’s oldest and most successful team. Ferrari has crowned champions like Juan Manuel Fangio and Michael Schumacher. But, Charles Leclerc’s victory at Sakhir was Ferrari’s first since 2019.

Formula 1-  Bahrain Grand Prix tickets Sale: The fans of Ferrari have to go years with disappointment. As the team was either off form or when they were competitive they were easy to beat. It was Ferrari’s first 1-2 finish since 2010, which ended a 45-race winless streak for them.

This year it looks like Ferrari have nailed everything after the sport saw an overhaul in rules after almost 40 years. The Italian track is named after Ferrari founder Enzo and his son Dino. It will host the fourth race of this year’s season and the first of two home Grand Prix for Ferrari. It can be a sell-out crowd on the cards if Ferrari keeps their run of form in the races in Saudi Arabia and Australia.

Mattia Binotto, the team principal for Ferrari said, the team hasn’t won a title since 2008. Meanwhile, they have season-opening wins in 2017 and 2018. Mattia also believes Max Verstappen could have finished second. But, it was a fuel system failure that saw him bow out of the race.

Max Verstappen took the fight to Charles Leclerc and went wheel-to-wheel with the Monegasque driver. Red Bull were the favorites but both of their cars had a disastrous start to the season. Mattia added, “Jeddah in a week’s time can be a completely different picture.”
