Lewis Hamilton managed a fourth-place finish as it looks like he is getting back to his competitive best. Mercedes really have shown signs of major improvements after bringing upgrades to their W13 challenger. Carlos Sainz managed to take the fifth spot and was followed by Red Bull’s Sergio Perez in the sixth spot.
F1 Spanish GP: FP3 classification.McLaren’s Lando Norris had a good outing today as he took the seventh position and was followed by Haas’ Kevin Magnussen. Valtteri Bottas after missing the FP2 session improved his performance in the FP3 session by claiming the ninth position. He was followed by Alpine’s Esteban Ocon in the tenth spot.

McLaren’s Daniel Ricciardo had to settle for an eleventh place finish and was followed by the veteran Sebastian Vettel in the twelfth spot. Fernando Alonso claimed the thirteenth spot while driving for Alpine and was followed by the rookie driver Guanyu Zhou in the fourteenth spot.
Yuki Tsunoda took the fifteenth spot and was followed by Aston Martin’s Lance Stroll in the sixteenth position. William’s driver Alex Albon had to settle for seventeenth place and was followed by his teammate Nicholas Latifi in the eighteenth spot.
Meanwhile, Mick Schumacher’s car caught fire which meant that he couldn’t finish the whole FP3 session. Moreover, Pierre Gasly didn’t start the FP3 session after AlphaTauri found some fault in his car.
