F1 Hungarian GP: Williams Nicholas Latifi takes his first FREE PRACTICE session in F1 with Charles Leclerc on his tail – Check Highlights

F1 Hungarian GP: Williams Nicholas Latifi claimed his first ever free practice session in the form of FP3 ahead of the Hungarian GP. He did it in the dying stages of the session as firstly Verstappen took the lead, then Leclerc leapfrogged the dutch driver, but Latifi then clocked his best lap time to take home the FP3 session. Nicholas Latifi, after having the upgrades on his car showed his potential in the dying stages of the FP3 session as he clocked his best lap time to take home his first ever free practice session in his F1 career. He was followed by Charles Leclerc in the second spot as Alex Albon secured the third spot.

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen could only manage to finish fourth as he was followed by George Russell in the fifth spot. Alpine’s Fernando Alonso dropped positions as he could only settle for sixth place and was followed by Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz in the seventh spot.

McLaren’s Lando Norris also dropped positions as he claimed the eighth spot. He was followed by Sebastian Vettel in the ninth spot as he crashed in the FP3 session but thankfully didn’t do too much damage to his AMR22 challenger. Haas’ Kevin Magnussen had to settle for tenth place.

Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton claimed the eleventh spot as he was followed by Mick Schumacher in the twelfth spot. Last year’s Hungarian GP winner Esteban Ocon managed to finish thirteenth overall as he was followed by Daniel Ricciardo in the fourteenth spot.

Lance Stroll dropped positions as he claimed the fifteenth spot. He was followed by Alfa Romeo’s rookie driver Guanyu Zhou in the sixteenth position. AlphaTauri’s Yuki Tsunoda couldn’t do much on the track as he claimed the seventeenth spot.

Valtteri Bottas had to settle for the eighteenth spot as he was followed by Pierre Gasly in the nineteenth spot. Lastly, it was Red Bull’s Sergio Perez who once again struggled to find pace as he finished in the twentieth spot.
