Players give captain Sunil Chhetri a guard of honour

A captain, a brother and an inspiration. The players, overflowing with emotions and tears, greeted the Captain for one last time. They stood teary-eyed, giving Chhetri the guard of honour he deserved. Goalkeeper Amrinder Singh came out to give Chhetri a hug who hid his face in his arms.

 In a warm gesture, each one of Kuwait’s players and officials also paid their respects with handshakes and hugs with the Indian skipper.
