At Subaru Field, Inter Miami defeated Philadelphia Union with ease to go to the Leagues Cup final, winning 4-1. Messi was once again in the scoresheet and this time it was through a stunning long-range goal.
The other three goals for Inter Miami came from Josef Martinez, Jordi Alba, and substitute David Ruiz.

Lionel Messi scores goal from 36 yard
Although Messi wasn’t involved in the first goal, he made his presence known at Subaru Park by scoring an incredible goal from 36 yards out to extend their lead after just 20 minutes.
In an effort to stun Subaru Park, the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner hammered his shot into the far-right corner, adding another screamer to his goal scoring list.
In just 6 games for Inter Miami, the Argentine has scored 9 goals and 1 assist and is on the verge of taking the MLS side to their maiden League’s Cup title win.
Inter Miami will now face Nashville in the final on August 20.
