His deep understanding of the game and tactical intelligence make him a prime candidate for the Wales manager position.
The FAW’s decision to part ways with Rob Page follows a string of disappointing results, including failing to qualify for UEFA Euro 2024 and lackluster performances in June friendlies (a 4-0 defeat to Slovakia and a 0-0 draw with Gibraltar). Although Page led Wales to their first World Cup in 2022, Welsh officials believe it is time for more dynamic and visionary leadership.
