UCL Final 2023 Closing Ceremony: Burna Boy, Anitta perform to delight of fans

The UEFA Champions League Final 2023 Kickoff Show by Pepsi will see two star musical performers set the stage alight.

UEFA introduced a pre-match opening ceremony in 2016. The UEFA Champions League Final 2023 Kickoff Show by Pepsi, similar to the 2016 ceremony, will feature musical performers, but instead of one, there will be two.

Who performed in the UCL Final 2023 opening ceremony?

This year’s opening ceremony featured Grammy-nominated Brazilian singer Anitta, who headlined the UEFA Champions League Final 2023 Kickoff Show by Pepsi. Anitta was joined by Grammy Award winner and multi-platinum-selling singer, songwriter, and producer Burna Boy.

Burna Boy expressed his excitement for performing in the UCL Final 2023 by saying, “As a huge football fan myself, I know it doesn’t get any bigger than the UEFA Champions League! That’s why I’m so excited to be performing on the Pepsi stage at this year’s final.”

Alicia Keys was the first musical artist to perform in a Champions League Final back in 2016. The most memorable performance, however, came in 2018 before the Final between Real Madrid and Liverpool, when Dua Lipa, along with Sean Paul, sang her hit song ‘One Kiss’.
