The first half was a tale of woes for Real Madrid who unsurprisingly find themselves 2-0 down against Seville. 4 minutes later, Sevilla doubled their lead. This time a headed ball by Kounde fell into the path of the Sevilla forwards who hit hard at the goal. With the ball rebounding, Eric Lamela made no mistake to slot the ball back into the net and giving Sevilla its much-needed 2-0 advantage.
The Second half saw a completely different Real Madrid side as the Los Blancos registered an emphatic comeback. Early into the second half, substitute Rodrygo opened the account from a wonderful Carvajal assist.

Vinicius Junior couldn’t believe his fate after the referee on the advice of VAR ruled out his rule on what appeared to be a controversial handball decision. But as the Madrid Whites continued their conquest, Nacho Fernandez slotted the second equalizer with his first touch of the game.
