AC Milan won the Serie A last season but failed to replicate the same performance. As a result, fans were not happy, but they were faithful and let them know that they stood by the team.
Milan’s recent form has not been up to the mark, and in a previous game, the team was thrashed by the local rivals Inter in the first leg of the UCLsemi-finals by 2-0. They have also managed to win only 2 games in the last 5 in Serie A, which has made their hopes for next year’s UCL slim. The 19-time Serie A winning team will surely have to put their best efforts in the remaining games in order to qualify for the UCL and to make a comeback in the 2nd leg against Inter Milan.
However, that won’t be easy as some of the main players are injured. Alessandro Florenzi, Rafael Leao, and Rade Krunic are injured, and doubtful for the upcoming games.
Words from the fans would have surely encouraged the team but is that enough to win the remaining games? Only time will tell.
