Christian Eriksen and his agent had a meeting with Inter in Milan in which his departure from the club was discussed in detail. Barring a few bureaucratic details, an announcement will be made over the next couple of days confirming the departure.

Earlier this month, reports emerged that Christian Eriksen was training with former club Odense at their Adalen training facility. He was not training with the first-team squad but was using their facilities to remain in shape.
The Denmark midfielder last played for Inter Milan and helped them win the Serie A title after a gap of 11 years. He played for the Nerazzurri 60 times since joining the club from Tottenham 18 months ago.
