Portugal and Al Nassr forward, Cristiano Ronaldo is now having a conversation with WWE for an appearance. The Portuguese was supposed to attend WWE’s Crown Jewel event but he will miss out due to Al-Nassr’s game on a particular day.
The 37-year-old is planning to make a WWE appearance in future. As per Fightful, via Relevo, Ronaldo was involved in discussions with the wrestling brand for an appearance at the Crown Jewel event. This event will be held on November 4 in Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, Al-Nassr will face Al-Khaleej on Saturday in a Saudi Pro League.
The Crown Jewel event is one of the popular events and WWE organised this event before in Saudi Arabia. Some big names have appeared like former US President Donald Trump. WWE want to collaborate with Ronaldo to get more brand value for the event. We all know how Ronaldo helped the Saudi Pro League in growth. Saudi Arabia is now hosting the FIFA WC in 2034.
Reports are saying that Ronaldo will appear in the WWE event along with WWE superstar, John Cena who is the biggest iconic figure from the wrestling industry. John Cena has given big value to WWE and he used his fame in Hollywood as well. Ronaldo could help the wrestling industry to grow in the Middle East.
Despite the Saudi Pro League game on Saturday, the 38-year-old forward will still make an appearance in the WWE’s Crown Jewel event which is scheduled on the same day. He is ready to complete his commitment. If he misses out, he will be in the plan of WWE for future events.
