Paris Saint-German is currently in the headlines for the Mbappe transfer saga and the effect of this story was seen in the last game when they failed to score against Al Nassr who conceded 9 goals in the last two games in Portugal. Japan’s pre-season tour is important for PSG to solve their problems ahead of the new season.

PSG have already decided to sell out Kylian Mbappe and they got a big deal from Al Hilal. One thing is sure they have to form a new squad under new players. Messi and Mbappe are not there in 2023/24. Neymar is also linked with the summer departure. PSG had 7 shots on target and they kept 65% of possession against Al Nassr. Not scoring against the Saudi club was a major concern.

On the other hand, Cerezo Osaka are participating in the J League which is the top-flight competition in Japan. They stand fifth in the ongoing season. The hosts are coming off three successive wins and recently beat Urawa Reds 3-0. They also moved into the 4th round of Emperorer’s Cup. It would be a great opportunity for the club to play against a European club.
