Premier League: Bill Foley Bournemouth Takeover-Bill Foley’s buyout of Bournemouth has been granted by the Premier League, which means he will acquire control of the club as part of a partnership that includes Hollywood star Michael B. Jordan. Las Vegas mogul Foley, who also owns the NHL team Vegas Golden Knights, completed his £150 million buyout of the Cherries in October. With the formalities completed, Foley will take over as chairman of the club and will be in attendance when they face Crystal Palace on New Year’s Eve. Foley is the owner of the NHL team Las Vegas Golden Knights as well as the chairman of Fidelity National Financial, one of the largest insurance businesses in the United States, and is estimated to be worth $1.2 billion (£1.08 billion). Foley is best renowned for his accomplishments with the Golden Knights during their inaugural season in 2017-18.
