However, all being said, Aston Villa continues its search for a new manager to take over the helm of the club. Argentine Manager and ex-Tottenham Hotspur and PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino is tipped to be the new manager of the Midlands club.
Pochettino is without a job since being sacked by the Parisian club. He was sacked despite winning the Ligue 1 trophy. It has been reasoned out that failure to deliver success in the UEFA Champions League is the main reason for his getting the axe. Pochettino was then succeeded by Christophe Galtier.
