Arsenal vs Chelsea
Romelu Lukaku and Reece James scored a goal apiece as Chelsea eased to a 2-0 win over London neighbours Arsenal in the second match of the Premier League. Romelu Lukaku made a dream return for Chelsea with a goal on his second debut as Thomas Tuchel’s side maintained their winning start to 2021/22 with a 2-0 victory at Arsenal.
Wolves vs Spurs
Dele Ali’s spot-kick in the 9th minute made the difference for Tottenham as the London outfit defeated Wolves’ by a 1-0 margin. Nuno Espirito Santo’s men bagged full three points at Molineux Stadium on Sunday and remain in the top 4.
Southampton vs Manchester United
Manchester United and Southampton played out a 1-1 draw at the Saint Mary’s Stadium. Che Adams socred for Southampton but his strike was later awarded as an own goal to Fred as Mason Greenwood equalized for United to see the match end in a draw.

Manchester City vs Norwich:
Premier League champions Manchester City thrashed Norwich City scoring 5 goals against the newly-promoted side on Saturday. Jack Grealish made his home debut and scored a goal while Laporte, Sterling, and Mahrez also got on the scoresheet.
Everton vs Leeds:
Everton failed to capitalize going forward twice against Leeds United and went on to play out a four-goal thriller at Ellan Road. Dominic Calvert Lewin converted his spot-kick while Mateusz Klich equalized at halftime. Demarai Gary scored his first Everton goal while Raphinha found the back of the net in the second half to force the Merseyside outfit into splitting points.
Crystal Palace vs Brentford:
Crystal Palace grabbed the first points of the Premier League 21-22 season after playing out a 0-0 draw against newly-promoted Brentford on Saturday. The Eagles are still on the lookout for their first Premier L4ague goal under new head coach Patrick Vieira. Brentford on the other end failed to replicate their performances against Arsenal and split points at Selhurst Park.
Aston Villa vs Newcastle United
Danny Ings scored a brilliant volley while Anwar EL Ghazi converted his penalty to hand Aston Villa a 2-0 victory over Newcastle United. Goals in each half help Dean Smith bag three points and pick up their first win of the season.

After a terrific 3-0 victory in the opening fixture of the 2021-22 Premier League season, Liverpool has defeated Burnley 2-0 at Anfield. They go to the top of the table with this win but no other teams have played their matches yet. Liverpool dominated the game throughout and did not let Burnley close to their goal except in the final few seconds, wherein, Alisson made some amazing saves. Liverpool had 67% of the possession and managed 27 shots on the Burnley goal. They will face Chelsea in their next match. Match report here

Southampton is set to sign Brazilian center-back Lyanco from Torino. Celta Vigo and Betis made proposals in the last weeks but Lyanco is ready for a new Premier League chance. Deal will be completed for €7m, according to Di Marzio.

James Ward-Prowse has shut down rumors of a move to Aston Villa and extend his stay with Southampton by signing a new contract until June 2026. Similarly, Patrick Bamford has also agreed to a new deal with Leeds until June 2026, confirmed.
