Party in Qatar: Hundreds of Indian fans create electric atmosphere ahead of India’s AFC Asian Cup opener

The Qatar Majappada, a fans group of Indian Super League side Kerala Blasters in Qatar, turned up to the stadium with drums and percussions to support the Blue Tigers.

The Indian fans turned out in large numbers in Al Rayyan of Doha as India took on Australia in their AFC Asian Cup opening tie. The stadium was full of Indian supporters, giving a home game feel to Sunil Chhetri and co. The Qatar Majappada, a fans group of Indian Super League side Kerala Blasters in Qatar, turned up to the stadium with drums and percussions to support the Blue Tigers.

The Qatar Manjappada brought a scintillating energy with them into the stadium as hundreds of supporters played drums in the streets of Doha. They even coordinated to increase the intensity of their drums at the same time to provide a concert-like effect.
