Neymar refutes claims of altercation with Al Hilal coach Jorge Jesus

Neymar responded to allegations of a dispute with Al Hilal coach Jorge Jesus on Instagram.

Neymar refuted rumours that he wanted Al Hilal manager Jorge Jesus fired. Consequently, he insisted that they are “bullsh*t” and “fake news”. After a disagreement in the locker room, Neymar is said to have requested that Jorge Jesus be fired as Al Hilal’s manager.

Neymar wrote on Instagram: “Bullsh*t… you have to stop believing in these things, pages like this. .. with millions of followers you can’t keep posting fake news! With all due respect in the world, I ask you to stop this. It’s a lot of disrespect.”

Following the 1-1 draw with Navbahor, Jesus reportedly left Neymar dissatisfied after blasting the forward. According to Mundo Deportivo, Neymar wants the club to fire Jesus after he was sternly admonished for his poor performance. According to the story, club directors met with Jesus’ representative. He was also told that if Al Hilal’s performance did not improve in the near future, the coach’s contract could be terminated.

Neymar denied the claim made by an aggregator that he had asked the club’s board to fire Jesus on Instagram. After missing the beginning of the season due to injury, the Brazil international moved to Saudi Arabia in the summer. He has since made three appearances for the team, contributing two assists.

Since going to Hilal, the 31-year-old has only completed 90 minutes twice. He’ll be expecting to make a significant impression after a string of starts. He has, however, been keen to dispel any notions of a schism with Jesus.
