Money in the Bank 2022 Results: Top 3 Moments from MITB Premium Live Event

  1. Liv Morgan Cashes-in the Money in the Bank contract

The SmackDown Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey successfully defended her title at Money in the Bank. However, Rowdy Ronda Rousey suffered a severe injury in her leg during her match against Natalya. Surprisingly, Liv Morgan showed up as soon as Rousey defeated Natalya.

Liv Morgan cashed her MITB briefcase and set up an immediate match against the SmackDown Women’s Champion. Ronda Rousey wasn’t able to stand properly after a brutal match with Natalya, but somehow she caught Liv Morgan in the ankle lock. Despite her immense struggle, she failed to hold Morgan in the submission hold. Eventually, Morgan slipped and cover Ronda with the cradle pin to win the SmackDown Women’s Title.

2. Superstars set their differences aside to take down Omos

In the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match, the Nigerian Giant Omos stood strong against all seven men in the match. Omos decimated several men in the ring, unleashing his brutal assault on them. Superstars like Sheamus and Drew McIntyre weren’t able to knock Omos on their own.

Eventually, six superstars took charge of attacking Omos and decimated the Nigerian Giant on the sidelines. Later, McIntyre, Sheamus, Riddle, Seth Rollins, Madcap Moss, and Sami Zayn slammed Omos on the announce table to stop the war machine. A temporary alliance to defeat the Colossal.

3. The Usos Retain their Unified tag team titles

The Usos defended their unified tag team titles against the Street Profits. Both teams fought hard to win the match, but The Usos did their best to win the tag team titles. Initially, The Usos targeted Angelo Dawkins and brutalized him. However, Montez Ford stood strong in the match with several pin kickouts.
