FIFA on Monday released the official mascot of FIFA Club World Cup 2023. The Club World Cup will be held in Saudi Arabia this time around. The Mascot, named Haddaf, is a Tiger.
In an video released by FIFA on social media, ‘Haddaf’ is seen wearing a white jersey with the number ‘2023’ on its back.

The 2023 FIFA Club World Cup will take place in Saudi Arabia and will kick-off on December 12th with the First Round match between Saudi Pro League champions, Al Ittihad, and OFC Champions league winners Auckland City.
Last season’s treble winners Manchester City will join at the semifinal stage with the final set for December 22.
The 2023 FIFA Club Club World Cup will have a total of seven matches, all of which will be held in Jeddah in western Saudi Arabia, on the banks of the Red Sea.
Jeddah hosts two venues for the tournament. The King Abdullah sports city stadium (62,345 seats) and Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium (27,000 seats) are both in Jeddah and serve as host stadiums for the competition.
Manchester City’s Champions League victory over Inter Milan in 2022/23 qualified them for the tournament, while Fluminense’s victory against Boca Juniors in the Copa Libertadores confirmed them as CONMEBOL representatives in 2023. Meanwhile, Al Ittihad qualified as host nation’s club representative, with Japan’s reigning AFC Champions League winners Urawa Red Diamonds also qualifying for the tournament.
